We have just completed a new website for Kitty Brodie a Realtor with Macdonald Realty, West Vancouver.

Kitty had a website with another company, but wanted four improvements;

1. To be found on page 1 of a Google search
2. Have larger listing photos with more impact
3. Look different from other Realtor websites
4. She wanted to be able to make changes to the website...easily.

The new website look offers the following features

1. Masthead can be customized with any color, logo, image or text.
2. Menu bar fixed at top with more room for drop down menus, You can choose a custom color.
3. Banner - You can choose from any static image. No flash, but banners can be rotated on a schedule.
4. Background color is customized to match top masthead area.
5. Flash drop-down menu with clickable links to other parts of the website.Add relevant photos for each menu item.

This is now a template that we can offer to Ubertor users who want to stand out in the crowd or want a custom look without paying a lot of money.
